Oatmeal Peanut Butter Protein Cookies **Low Fat/ Carb

Ingredients

      1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
      1/3 cup oatmeal, dry, uncooked
      1 package (0.6 oz) Swiss Miss No Sugar Added Hot Cocoa
      1/4 tsp baking powder
      1/2 oz Whey protein powder (1/2 scoop)
      2 – 4 packets artificial sweetener, to taste (such as Splenda)

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 300ºF.

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
